Rental Agreement & Release of Liability

I, the undersigned, understand and acknowledge the following:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that riding motorized or battery-operated plush animals involves certain risks, including the risk of falling, collisions, injury, or property damage. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk, injury, or damage resulting from the use of the ride-on animal.

Supervision Requirement

All children must have adult supervision while riding. The renter is responsible for the rider at all times.

Waiver of Liability

I release and hold harmless Animal Rides Kingdom, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or rights of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained while participating in the activity.

Rental Agreement

Animal Rides Kingdom agrees to rent the property (Animal Scooter) to the lessee once the following terms are read and signed:

1. The lessee has read and understood the instructions provided by Animal Rides Kingdom on how to use the scooter properly.
2. The lessee agrees to take full responsibility for the scooter during the rental period. This includes responsibility for any property damage, medical expenses, or other fees that may result from improper use of the scooter.
3. All children must have adult supervision while riding. The name/s of the minor user/s must be written in the space provided.
4. The lessee agrees that there is strictly no racing, bumping, standing, jumping, or horseplay on the ride-on animal.
5. The lessee is not under the influence of alcohol and drugs when using the scooter.
6. The lessee agrees that each big animal ride scooter is limited to a maximum weight of 125 kilograms/275 pounds and may carry no more than two persons. Each small animal ride is limited to one child with a maximum weight of 25 kilograms/55 pounds. The lessee agrees not to exceed these limits at any time during the rental period.
7. This agreement will end once the Animal Rides Kingdom scooter is returned and has passed an inspection by Animal Rides Kingdom staff confirming it is in good working condition.
8. The lessee agrees that operation of the Animal Rides Kingdom scooter shall only be within the designated riding route. Lessee agrees to refrain from carrying or consuming food or drinks, or allowing a designated user from doing the same, during use of the Animal Rides Kingdom scooter.
